Select the food you eat appropriately.
Take milk, eggs, a good breakfast. Eat fresh vegetables. Eat fruits. Eat bread/rice/wheat as usual in the meals. Do not forget to eat leafy vegetables and fibrous vegetables and fruits.
Take in some amounts of grams (dal) regularly. Of course buttermilk/curd is good and is tasty too. Do exercise regularly to keep a healthy appetite.
