how to make 0.02 N NAOH from 0.1 N NAOH

Take 40 grams ( = 1 mole ) NaOH , attentively add it to approximately . 0.9 L water whilst stirring was later fill up to 1.0 Liter to get 1M = 1N NaOH sol'n .
