Perchloric Acid is oily liquid at room temperature. take 10.046 g p(6.0155 ml) and dissolve it into 1000 ml water. If you have azeotropic mixure of perchloric acid with water than it's concentration is around 70-72%.
i.e., 100 ml pechloric acid contains 70-72% contains 70- 72 g Pechlric acid.
so, that becomes 11.63-11.98M.
If you want to make 100 ml 0.1 M then take 1.163 ml (70%) Perchloric acid and dilute it with 100 ml water.
