How to make 3d model of physical features of india using thermacol with base as physical map of india

I never made a 3d model of physical features of India but I made 3d model of world its a bit difficult to make but I have an easy trick...u can colour your fevicol into your desired colour and simply use it on the map after all u said map is your base.it looks tidy & colourful u may label it by sticking a small paper on it..
