Answer:

Observing the bar graph,

(a) 4 students have failed and obtained less than 40 marks (30−39)

(b) 7 and 11 students have obtained the marks (50−59) and (60−69) respectively.

Therefore, 7+11=18

18 students have obtained 60 to 69 marks.

(c) 4 students secured 90 and above marks.

(d) 6 students got 80 to 89 marks and 4 students got 90 to 92.

Hence, 6+4=10 students are merit holders.

(e) Total number of students in the class =4+2+7+11+8+6+4=42

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Make a straight line (ray).

2) Take one edge of the line and open the compass a bit and place the pointed end of the compass on the one end point of the ray and draw an arc of 180 degrees.

3) Take the same radius and the point where you have kept the pencil end of compass and draw 1 arc.

4) Repeat the third point on the arc which you made on third point .

5) Now make the bisector of angle formed by point 4.

The angle formed will be of 90 degrees.

6) Draw the bisector of angle 90 degrees and 180 degrees

Thus you get the required angle .
