Let me say u the methods and required things for making a birthday cap!!!!!!

REQUIRED THINGS:
1)a piece of cardboard.
2)Gum
3)Any paper or coloured chart for over covering....
4)any decorative things to make it beautiful......
5)thread

METHODS:
1)Fold the cardboard to make it as cone shaped.
2With the help of gum paste the two ends of the two side.
3)paste the coloured chart or any coloured sheet for over covering.
4)With the help of glitter write "HAPPY BIRTHDAY".
5)Put two holes in the down of two opposite sides and tie it with the thread to make it stiff in our head......
