Ok let's get right into it.
Here you go:
This trick can be used to scare someone. I used this to scare my friend. My friend used to use his laptop to view inappropriate things on the laptop.
So go to the desktop, right click, a drop down menu will appear. Now select create - shortcut, a dialog box will appear.
There would be a column written location of the item.
In the box type,
shutdown -s -t 20 -c "Write anything here"
In the "write anything here", leave a message, that you want to show. In my case I wrote
"Your browsing history has been posted on your Facebook account"
Btw this command shutdown -s -t 20 -c "Write anything here" creates a shortcut that will shutdown your PC, the t-20 denotes the time after which your PC will shutdown. Here it is 20 seconds.
Now click next, in the name of the shortcut type Internet Explorer or My PC, then create your shortcut.
Now right click on the created shortcut, go to properties and customize, change the icon of the shortcut to Internet Explorer's or My PC's icon. Delete the original shortcut of Internet Explorer or My PC.
Now whenever anyone will open this shortcut, a pop-up will appear with the message you wrote and then your computer will shutdown after twenty seconds.
