How to make a French fries.

Materials: Potatoes, oil, salt, chilli powder (if needed), tomato sauce, knife, chopping board and frying pan.

Prcedure: 1) Take two medium sized peeled potatoes and cut them in a vertical way so that it looks like long rectangular sticks. Soak them in cool water.
2) Switch on the stove and take a frying pan and put the oil required for frying and let the oil heat for a while.
3) Take out the potato sticks and fry them in the oil in simmer.
4) After you get a nice golden yellow colour, take them out and put in the tissue paper to get rid of excess oil.
5) Finally sprinkle salt, red chilli powder(if needed) and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
