Answer:

a) Draw a line AB = 4.3cm

b) Take half of the drawn line AB such that 4.3/2 = 2.15cm

c) From A, draw an arc of 2.1cm on upward side and downward side.

d) From B, draw an arc of 2.1cm on upward side and downward side cutting at previous arc.

e) Named the both cutting arc on upward side is C and naked the both cutting arc on downward side is D.

f) Join C to D such that CD is the perpendicular bisector of line segment AB = 4.3cm.
