here are the steps to make newspapers from old one..
# soak old nwspapers in water.. do not forget to maintain the ratio of 2:3 between the newspapers and the water..

#best if the water is lukewarm..

# take a mosquito net.. or a wire netting .. when the pulp of the newspaper - water is semi solid..

# spread it evenly over the wire netting..

# let it dry out in the sun..

# new paper will be created..
