There are 3 columns. One is particulars, second is Dr. amount and third is Cr. Amount
In particulars' column you need to write the name(s) of ledger a/c(s). If the balance of the a/c is a credit balance then write it on the corresponding credit column.

Make three colomns particulars, dr. Balace & cr. balace, then write the names of the acc. which are balaced by bd/ cd then place there accordingly in dr. & cr. balance colomns according to modern approch of accounting......good luck with it
