Affirmative sentence refers to any sentence that is positive. These sentences are also known as assertive sentence .

For making an affirmative sentence you have to make a sentence that is positive .
For ex:
1. The birds are flying .
2. We will go to park tomorrow.

Affirmative substance is something which only contains the positive element of a thing and not any negative element.
Eg:- Cats walk and fishes swim. This is an affirmative sentence as it only and only contains the positive element of cat and fish.

But this sentence can also be written as cats don't swim and fishes don't walk but this won't be an affirmative sentence.
