it depends on the language you wanna use. I prefer kotlin, Java or c++.You can write command line apps or use an app development kit to easily develop a graphic user interface app.The app development kits include project that you can modify to create your app rather than start from scratch,or if your really hardworking you can create it from scratch.Let me tell you for a full app (example clash of clans or brainly itself)one person cannot make complete app because it has many hundred thousand lines of code,so programmers work in a team,where each makes only some functions of apps.
