1 Rogue planet (a planet not gravitationally bound to a star).
1 Class S Terra-former with the latest crammer arms (Available at the nearest Space X outlet).
200,000 cups of patience
and salt. You always need salt.

Procedure
This procedure takes a lot of patience. So use those cups of patience as needed. First, you need to travel to the Rogue planet you illegally claimed for yourself. This would be easy with the Class S Terra-former you stole from Space X. Once you are at a safe distance from the to-be black-hole, you should initiate the procedure for compressing the planet at hand. Bring out that strong crammer arms attached to the spaceship.
