HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
INGREDIENTS:
340 g dark cooking chocolate
100 g flour
Ya tsp salt
. 3 eggs
50 g walnuts, chopped
• 110 g unsalted butter
• Y tsp baking powder
Ya tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:
• Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth.
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together. Set aside.
Blend the eggs and sugar together and add the vanilla essence. .
. Add the melted chocolate and butter to the eggs and sugar
mixture and combine well. Fold in the flour and the baking
powder mixture.
Add the walnuts and pour the batter into a greased tin. Bake at
180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
