Just Imagine our self in two situations we are having a tea, 1. in an Metro Station 2. On Railway Platform the minute we finish our tea in Metro station we search for dustbin even it is far we go near it and drop it in the bin, where are on railway track we just trow it in on the track even with out second thought
Actually Metro stations have enough staff to clean but we keep it clean ourselves also, where as in the railway station we don't both the places it is the same person but the ambiance has change
Similarly until we change the ambiance of this nation by better infrastructure and education the country can not be made clean
