Mix the powdered rice and the paste into a thin batter using sufficient water. add a little amount of soda to the batter. leave the batter for 3 hrs. to make dosa heat a pan for 5 minutes, drop a small amount of oil on the pan and pour a dish full of batter(2" diameter) onto the pan and slim to form a circle of size of 10". Heat it until it becomes golden brown and crisp. Urs dosa is ready to be served.
