Don't stop at the listening portion, and when you study, don't just listen. Speak out loud the material you are listening to and practice what you hear. Practice speaking out loud until your mouth and brain can do it without any effort. By doing so, you will be able to speak English fluently.

Studying English for an hour once a week isn’t usually enough to make any real progress. The best way to quickly improve your English is to spend at least a few minutes practicing every day. Immerse yourself as much as possible every time you study, and challenge yourself to listen to, read, and even say things in English that you think might be too difficult for you. If you want to speak English fluently, you need to make it an essential part of your everyday life.

Well read books, novels(help a lot). If you hate reading then start with start with books containing short stories. Kindle can help you too as they have in-built dictionary( I prefer holding a book than a tablet)
Pronounce all the words you read clearly with the help of internet. Also watch english movies or shows, they can help you update with the latest vocabulary people use and alleviate your speaking skills. Read books which interest you.
Also, jot down all the necessary points and meanings in the book(specially the ones coming in the exams). Hope this helps. :)
