you can open the profile of the person who do you want to make friends and there is a option of following so start following him and you can chat with him or her whenever you want and if you want to add friends so you have to go on brainly website which is www.brainly.in just login with your username and password and then the person whom you want to make friend enter his or her username and password and in right side there are two options click the fist one which is add friend and that will be added as you friend. hope it helps plz mark my answer brainlist answer
