Well I say first build up confidence, if you have confidence in urself you can do anything even conquer the whole world. Then the next is to be positive, be optimistic even in the toughest of her situation reduces stress and helps to think of a solution quickly instead of panicking. Then be happy, happiness is something everyone should have cherish these little moments you'll feel relaxed. Be determined, ur determination is have makes you move forward never give up hope and always move forwards. Try to write when feeling sad or angry it usually helps to release the stress and makes the person happier. Be responsible, have a sense of responsibility of ur work if ur responsible people would trust you more. Trust yourself having trust in urself is important as it boosts up ur confidence.
