The one dessert I always crave for is cake which is eggless and not baked in oven. The cuisine is worldwide and for serving 1 it has only 1415kcal.

Firstly, grease the pan with butter and keep it aside.

Take a cooker and remove the rubber of lid and whistle and keep it on low flame.

Add 1 cup of sea salt and spreading it evenly on the surface.

In a bowl add 1 cup of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Keep a pan on low flame and add 1/4 cup salted butter and 1/2 cup of condensed milk and 1/3 cup of water and 3 teaspoon of sugar.

When this mixture starts to boil, add it to the flour.

Now gently add the batter in the pan and the pan in the cooker for about 35 minutes.

Remove the cake gently from the mould.

And the favourite dessert is ready.

It may sound cliché, but my favourite dessert is a classic chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Just the aroma of chocolate baking in the oven is enough to make your mouth water. Here are some easy steps to make my favourite dessert at home, given it won’t be as good as the bakery's, but hey, they’re professionals.

•    Add a cup of flour to a bowl.

•    Add one teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder each.

•    Add in the sugar as per your taste.

•    Now comes the. Magic, add as much cocoa powder to the batter as you want.

•    Transfer the batter onto the baking tray.

•    Bake the dough in the oven for 4 minutes and then enjoy the chocolate sponge cake after cooling it down.
