The development comes from roots of the society. Or that is at least what I believe. As a Nepali, I am grown accustomed to the corruption everywhere. It is an easy route out. I opt for escape routes to the struggle one faces to make a driver license. The norm of paying out someone is redundant in a democratic country, yet it’s the path we all follow.
Therefore, the first step you take towards development is within yourself, and your family. It’s a cliche to say this - but it is true. We complain about everything and do petite. We know how corruption is slowly eating our economy, yet in the name of building contacts, we support it. It is all and good until it favors us. When it doesn’t, it becomes evil.
Next step should be to identify proper political leaders and vote them. More often than not, our judgment of a suitable candidate is clouded by our political allegiance or our family’s political allegiance. As youths, we are not obliged to follow whatever party our parents do. We are independent, and that comes with a responsibility on our shoulders. We should vote based on the eligibility of our candidate along with other several leadership qualities and the general human attitude of the person
