I can try to give u a better or u can say more than better ideas by which u can make your question paper.....
First of all u should know that intelligent student always solve all sums from every book before making any question paper for their own purpose .By doing this process they understand that were their weakness is and by judging this they make their own question paper including only those sum which they can't able to solve in first try and by solving this question paper which was made by themself they practice it the night before examination and score good marks .
so I will prefer u to do this process if u really want to score goog marks.

And this process is applied for each and every subject.

>> Study the weightage of marks of each chapter.
>> Cover 75% of important questions with maximum marks.
>> Ask objectives from text book to make question paper little tough.
>> Give marking scheme according to the quantity of the answers.
>> Cover all the chapters.
