Hi in order to make high quality sanitizer at home you will need 95 percent concentrated ethanol or isopropyl alcohol,hydrogen per Oxide 30 percent concentrated and glycerol or dip cotton in pure ethanol and rub your hand with it expensive wine contains pure ethanol. Ethanol in little amount will destroy the cell wall of bacteria and virus. But if you pour pure ethanol in your skin like water then you will have burning sensation .
