Use a large Mirror and place it facing the sun on a particular incline so that rays fall on mirror and get to the food placed down... The more the black will be used in cooker the more heat will be there....

The walls of cooker should be made of aluminium so that extra light gets reflected towards mirror and The food gets cooked fast..
