How to make 'T' shape account table ? Also write it's rules...​

First, a large letter T is drawn on a page. The title of the account is then entered just above the top horizontal line, while underneath debits are listed on the left and credits are recorded on the right, separated by the vertical line of the letter T.

A T-account is also called a ledger account.

Rules for posting of entries in the ledger

The words like 'To' and 'By' are used while posting the entries in the ledger accounts. 'To' is used when accounts are posted in the debit side column of a particular account. 'By' is used when accounts are posted in the credit side column of a particular account.
