If you are wasting time in front of TV or using internet for entertainment then it is waste of time. For entertainment, choose options like playing outside or chatting with friends and family.
Idle talk with friends after school or coaching is also a waste of time. Avoid that.

yes this is a tight schedule... you should concentrate to the teachers in the class and listen properly to the teachers and recall all that you have studied in previous period instead of talking and make a timetable for your holidays . are you above 13 years old then wake up at 4 am in the morning and read at least for 1 hour complete all the coaching homeworks then go to your school . After coming back first eat and take rest for 15 to 30 mins then go to your coaching . After coming back from coaching eat some snacks or if you are comfortable to read after the dinner then you can take it . Then do your school homeworks in 1 to 2 hours then study some extra in 1 hour .then you can sleep at 12am.
