Best strategy is to first focus on maths, and science subjects and finish them as soon as possible to stay ahead. For language subjects keep on refining on knowledge over a period of time so that you are able to learn properly and for history and geo, pay 100% attention in class and memorize everything a day or two after it is taught or else it becomes very difficult. If you pay 100% attention in all classes, you can pretty much prepare 75% of syllabus without any extra help or studying at home.
