Time management is the most difficult task of all. However, it is very important to learn how to do it. Follow these tips:-

(i) Make time-tables. Everyday is different and the obstacles keep moving themselves as we go on in our day to day life. Making time-tables are thus difficult, but I prefer making one every morning, or before every task I do.

If you are rewarded with an unexpected task in the middle of your smooth-going day, you will have to change your whole schedule. That is why, it is better to make 'imaginary schedules' which can be modified at any point of time, but remembering and managing them is a tough job to do, which requires calmness and a good memory too.

(ii) Try to finish important jobs first, and do the rest later. Important things that have deadlines or are needed for something are required to be finished fast. Try to do the most difficult ones later and do the easier yet still important chores first. After you're done, move on to the less important jobs.

(iii) Focus. Put all your concentration to the work at hand. Don't divert or worry yourself with other things. Don't try to experiment either. Once you're totally used to it, or have a trained enough mind, you can multi-task or fret about things in your mind, at the same time doing your job properly. However, I think focusing on one thing at one time is better.

(iv) Don't stress yourself. Overburdening is never a good idea. You have to stay calm and healthy at all times to be able to finish a work on time and manage it too. Try to make time for yourself. Have a little personal space. Try to maintain a healthy self at all times, and absolutely never stress.

Good luck!
