What is stress?
It is a feeling of mental or physical depression/tension.
It usually comes when we do something more and more, worried about a thing, frustrated or angry on something or someone. People from age 18 to 33 feel more stressed. Stress is in everyone, it depends on how the person controls it.
How to manage stress?
Stress management is very simple, exercising daily for 10 to 15 minutes. Yoga for 10 minutes and meditation is must, it controls your anger, emotions, it increases your patience, removes negative energy and helps you to gain positive energy. Always respect everyone though they are angry on you without any reason, control your anger, have patience in yourself. Always share your problems though they are good or bad, because you loose your anger/stress when you share your feelings and always don't take decisions in anger. While alone stay with a good company or be along, but never stay with a bad company.
When there is a problem, there is a solution.
Let's first talk about the reasons of stress and a/some solution(s) attached to it :-
1. Study
All the world's a stage.
Every one of us have different ability and interest but sadly we are usually thrown in the studies. Today there is heights of competition. So it's really difficult to manage stress developed due to studies. Some of the way to tackle it are as follows :-
- Give your best and stop comparing.
- Don't think a lot about future.
- Keep a postive approach.
- Have a glance at the topics before it's being taught in school or any other institutions. It will help to concentrate more.
- SAY NO TO PROCRASTINATION
2. Relationship
The most expensive thing of today's world is trust. The roots of relationship is trust. Today people are more inclined towards self. I would recommend you not to trust anyone too easily and hold relationship. Relationship can either lead to improvement or destruction. Trust only your parents.
3. Disturbed mind
I consider you as teenager. You will be astonished to hear that 90% of mind is sub conscious i.e. not in our control. In order to keep yourself postive fill it with postive thoughts. You can do mediation along with chanting the word OM. Mediation will help you to a great extent to manage stress. You can also hear some calmness music from YóuTube or any other multimedia app. You can also exercise and do yoga.
4. Your Thoughts
Many thoughts arise in your mind. I would recommend you to maintain a personal dairy and jot down your thoughts in it rather than stating someone. I will help you a lot to maintain stress.
