2) if they are talking while any important topic is being held ask them questions, if they can't tell the answer insult them

if you are sweet or polite

1) be friendly with them, help them if they are in any trouble , make them feel comfortable

2) try to understand them, do not complain about them to any teacher or to their parents , give them some extra marks if they want also teach them moral values of the teacher that we should not tease them abuse them bully them , etc
