How to mark someone as brainliest??? Pls tell or help by a video

Hii dude.
If someone gives your ans and u want to mark him brainlist then u have to click on the "Mark as brainlist option" that is given on top of the ans.
But this option will come when two stu gives your ans.If only one have given your ans,then the option of Brainlist will not visible.
