First write all the formulas in a sheet of paper then paste it in the wall were your study table is present and every morning when u wake u first read the formulas then do whatever u like.
This will help u to remember the formulas.

Then when u remember it use the formulas and solve the question pratice repeatedly till u can do every question in NCERT.
