Start with visible light in the middle, three slots on either side.
The fact that red has a longer wavelength than violet should be engrained you by now. So, matching them with their visible namesakes, infrared is one to the right, and ultraviolet is one to the left.
You should also just know gamma is very (the most) dangerous because it has a high frequency/short wavelength. So far left.
Radio is the least dangerous and therefore has the longest wavelength. Either use that reasoning or you just know this as a fact anyway, like with gamma. Far right.
X rays are also mildly dangerous. Slot that next to gamma.
Last is microwave. Only available space left is between radio and infrared.
Tada. All done. I know this method is a little back-and-forth, but it really is quite straight forward. Well, to me at least...
