First you need to write all the values of sin angles then for cos just reverse the order and for tan u need to do sin by cos then you will get it.

it's easy ya,

sin^2 +cos^2 =1

next is cot^2+1=cosec^2

then 1+tan^2=sec^2

u can remember the last two identities as tan and cot are complementary function and cosec and sec on rhs are complementary function. thus add 1 on lhs//
