how to metals /objects get tarnished ? how they remain its shine​

Answer:

metals get tarnish in presence of moisture and air. because metal reacts with oxygen to form ferrous oxide. which is called rust. if you want to make it shine, keep coating on Metal with paint etc to prevent from tarnish.
