Minimum you required 3- 5 mbps as per PUBG specs.But You can play with minimum 1 mbps also.It's not affecting the game performance.

This is if you play PUBG in Pc or Emulator:

Run PUBG in windowed full screen.

Close unused apps and set high priority for PUBG.

Lower your game resolution.

Update your graphics and other drivers.

Change the power option and adjust for best performance.
