-Have a strong voice
-First calmly tell them to settle down and if they dont..
-Shout at the top of yo lungs,"KNOCK IT OFF"
-If they dunt listen,Write down their names and once the teacher comes, report to her.
-Dunt be protective of your friends
-Report to the teacher and ask her to take strict action.
(If yo clasmates only talk then dunt write down their names ,but if they make halla..then you too halla bol!! :P))

The teacher makes a child monitor when she thinks he or she can handle people . Some types are :
1. Settle down everyone .
2. Tell them not to talk .
3. If there is an emergency give them only one minute to talk , while they are speaking they should be polite also .
4. If they just ignore you or do not listen to you , write their names .
5. Report the teacher
6. If there name comes more than 5 times , strict action should be taken against them .
