I wrote it wrong above.. it's Prop-2-en-1-ol
Since the functional group OH is higher in the chain than carbon-carbon double bond, we should count the carbon skeleton from the right side

Numbering from right , The IUPAC name is Prop-2-en-1-ol
it is starting frm 3 so it can be prop 3 enol

We have to seperately give numberings for alkene and functional group (alcohol)
