First of all try to stay away from electronic devices just try to maintain distance from internet and avoid using social media well I know thats a difficult task therefore think and try to create the image of all the wrong that will take place if u will waste time in social media this will help u and provide u with power to distant yourself from electronic device

this will be your first step in the process

Secondly find a room that is well isolated from all the distractions it must have good lightings and temperature to help u stay motivated other necessary step in this is keep your table well organized to prevent distractions.

Thirdly use flashcards to memorize difficult concept this will prevent u from getting bored keep your fav subject for last prepare with good notes and create your own notes for the same

Lastly keep some time for break and entertainment.
