A perfect picnic is organized by perfect planning.
Keep calling those who r the part of ur picnic either friends or family.
Be in contact with them bcs from this u will be able to know that who r those coming to picnic.
Organize all ur things food,cold drinks,mat,things to play and yes u should go with perfect time planning.

Make sure that all is well organised before hand only.
Make a list of people coming to the picnic. Be in contact with them and try to keep checking that they are coming.
Decide timings with which you are comfortable. Make sure that all friends come nearly on same time. And let the timings be convenient to all.
Let every item be arranged one day before.Arrange the food items you like, the games you will like. Invite all your friends.
And enjoy the best way you can.
