here some of my personal favourite tips
1. Never overwork. Do as much as you can
2. Use the pomodoro technique. work for 25 minutes and then take 5 minutes break
3. get appropriate sleep and eat healthy food
4. don't get distracted by sounds. either change your room or hear some soft music on headphones
5. keep your phone away from you
