It's depend on the attitude of that person who is depressed.

Here I am writing some tips which will helpful for every one who is depressed.

1) Share your feeling with your true one 's like family members and best friends .

2) Don't try to suppress your feeling in your mind specially anger.

3) Write a journal about your feelings .

4) Don't spent to much time on social media or alone. I suggest you should spend your time with true and loyal one 's .

5) Be optimist .

6) Think Nothing is permanent in this world , Every thing will be changed in a day. So don't take everything seriously.

7) Change your attitude in a positive way , because positive thinking is one of the best way to overcome depression .

8)Read Religious books like Holy Quran, Holy Bible, Bhagwat Gita, Vedas and Upanishads etc.

9) Build Friendship and relationship with your friends and family.
