Heya! I'll try to answer as best as I can!

So.. when we think about depression.. what do we see?

Well let me tell you what I see.. I see gloominess, sadness,loneliness and everything dark..

First, what you have to figure out is WHY you are depressed?

Is it because of someone who hurt you or is it because of something that you failed to achieve?

Well let me tell you.. Failure is not the End.. These words are just acronym for First. Attempt. in. Learning and Effort. Never. Dies..

So what if you fail the first time? Try again. What if it happens again? Well Try Again. Try again and again and again and again till you reach where you want yourself to be. I know it's a little cliché but why do you think they keep repeating this over and over because... it's True!

Being depressed.. does it Help you any way? Well I don't think so!

So what you have to do first to overcome this is to forget the word 'depression'. Completely separate yourself from that word. Next time you see depression walking by.. Don't you dare go, hug it and pull it back into you saying 'I missed You!'

You DON'T know who that is Okay? Even if you don't know who that is, You should not stop to say "Hello!", Instead run for your life from there!

What I mean to say is..You should not think that you ARE depressed..By doing that you have overcome half the thing..

Now for the other half...Surround yourself with things that make you Happy!

Is sunshine,rainbows and butterflies then go for a walk round the park!

If it is Music..Then bring 'em on!

If it is people you love, Your family and Friends then hang around them more!

IF it is watching crack videos (Like me~ shhh..It's a secret remedy. Don't tell anyone, OK? ) then, thank You (Me not the only one! Yay!)

Indulge yourself more and more into the things you love and avoid the things you hate...If you have to stand up to them.

Note:Since the specific reason for the depression is not mentioned..I have answered it this as generally for You.

The biggest cure for depression is your Happiness. So bring that smile on your face and you can cheese your depression goodbye!
