Möbile Áddiction Is so common now a days people atleast uses it for 15 - 17 hours per day in this situation it's so difficult to overcome it. but it can be
- Do meditation try to focus your mind and energy
- do wash your face as it's summer and it keeps you Awaken
- Always try to give priority to your home work rather than chàtting
- Try to uninßtall the app you been using continuosly or just give yourself some break from it
