depression is nothing but a feeling of loneliness
whenever you feel like hurting others or yourself convert your thoughts
think about your favorite song,movie or person

Do Meditation daily  How, Follow your breath  I do daily basis it work  I wake with my self and sleep my self  Full control of mind it my own hands It's not a jock.
