2.TAKE REGULAR BREAKS WHILE STUDYING.
3.DON'T WATCH T.V OR MOBILE PHONE IN THE BREAK.
4.MAKE A PROPER TIMETABLE AND FOLLOW IT.
5.GO OUT FOR A WALK, LISTEN MUSIC (INSTRUMENTAL AND NOT BOLLYWOOD SONGS)
6.HAVE PROPER SLEEP.
7. EAT A BALANCED DIET.
8. SPEAK UP WHATEVER IS THERE IN YOUR MIND (TO FRIENDS, OR FAMILY MEMBERS)
9. DO EXERCISE AND YOGA
