For maths and science : You should have a thorough knowledge of NCERT (class VIII). You can also buy last 10 years question booklet for class IX ( available in shamshad market aligarh) through which you will have an idea of the type of questions asked in the entrance exam.

The book contains all the questions asked in last 10 years along with their solutions.The book can really serve you well as it is written by a renowned maths teacher of Aligarh (Nawab sir) who is very experienced.
You must also be familiar with urdu because there are 10 questions asked in urdu language along with it you must have the knowledge of English and Hindi grammar.
You may prefer good coaching institute for the purpose else self study is the best way to conquer.
