Devote your time for qualitative study not for quantitative .....as quality matters here more ....make ur concepts crystal clear .....i suggest u to use ncert books for clearing concepts......practice questions as many as possible in a day. Join a coaching for iit if u want they will help u with the mock test or download last 10 years iit question papers.
Some books i would prefer will be :
Physics -hc verma and cengage
Chemistry - r c mukerjee and cengage
Maths - rd sharma or ml agrawal and cengage.
Moreover go deep through ncert books.
