No it's not tough at all
Use NCERT book for preparation bcuz many of the questions are asked from NCERT.
Once u understand the concept you will get biology easy.
You may find diagrams a little bit tough but it depends on your practice.
Be attentive to your lecture notes and use text books to supplement lecture material.
